A working record
1994–present. Enterprise architecture, network engineering, public safety radio, intelligent transportation, operational technology and commercial aerial work — across local government, healthcare, defence, utilities, industrial manufacturing, broadband and hospitality. This is the reference copy: what the technology was, where it was applied, and what came of it.
It is organised the way a reference work is organised rather than the way a résumé is. Every technology has its own entry, and every entry lists the projects that used it, the career periods it spans and the credentials that attest to it. Every project names the technology it drew on. The links run in both directions, so you can enter from either side — start from a technology and find the work, or start from the work and find the technology.
The obsolete entries are kept on purpose. Token Ring and Frame Relay, NT 3.51, WORM optical archives, MicroStation drafting — a record that quietly drops the technologies a career began on misrepresents its shape, and the habits formed on constrained, expensive links are the ones that made later designs assume a circuit would fail rather than hope it would not.
Nothing here identifies a client. Engagements are described by sector, scale and outcome. Configuration, topology and assessment findings belonging to a customer are not reproduced.
Where to start
- Technology — 82 entries across 18 domains.
- Timeline — the chronological spine, era by era.
- Projects — 58 entries, most recent first.
- Credentials — 20 certifications and qualifications in the order earned, from 1993 onward.
- Documents — white papers, reference designs and curriculum.
- A–Z index — everything, alphabetically, including alternate names.
Recent work
- UAV Sensor Payload DevelopmentCustom LIDAR and Raspberry Pi sensor payloads designed and built in-house for infrastructure inspection.
- Public Records Request MethodologyThe workflow by which a citizen's request becomes produced records under Florida statute.
- ITD Continuity of Operations PlanA two-hundred-page all-hazards continuity plan whose first instruction is to skip the plan and go straight to the appendices.
- Enterprise Architecture Practice BuildA fourteen-person architecture practice built and led, delivering against one design language rather than individual preference.
