Architected, designed and implemented Florida LambdaRail connectivity for a consortium of the City of Jacksonville, JEA, the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, the Jacksonville Port Authority and the Sheriff’s Office, putting five independently governed public bodies onto the state’s research and education network alongside commodity internet.

Five organisations with five budgets and five sets of leadership sharing one high-capacity path is a governance problem wearing a network’s clothes. The engineering was the tractable half.
