Built a content distribution capability for Joint Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, using Cisco Content Engines to hold data locally at each site rather than pulling it back across the link every time somebody needed it.
Latency on a long, constrained path is not solved by adding bandwidth. It is solved by moving the data closer to whoever is asking for it, which makes the real question what gets placed where rather than what gets bought.
