Set architecture direction for the migration of the City of Jacksonville’s financial systems off mainframe onto Oracle ERP hosted in AWS — a $42M programme — with isolated development, QA and production environments, controlled promotion between them, and the data-handling boundaries that separation requires.
Also directed the migration of the Office of General Counsel into Microsoft Azure, owning tenancy, placement and the segmentation tying cloud workloads back to the enterprise.
